Line for round pretzels "susky" and "baranky"
This line is designed for the production of round pretzels so called "susky" and "baranky".
General information
- From the forming device, products fall on the collecting conveyor that transports the products to the cross-connecting conveyor that smoothly transports the products on the belt of the spiral proofer.
- Proofed products are conveyed via curve conveyor on the depositing device that deposits the products on the belt of the oven.
