Dough preparation
- Processed dough which is ready for the production of salt sticks is trasported via flip trough or via vertical conveyor into the stainless steel hooper above the divider rounder.
- Capacity of the hooper is 440 liters which corresponds to 300 kg of dough.
- Dough can be conveyed to the divider either via manual control of the feeder plug or automatically using the sensor which controls the level of dough in the divider's hooper.
Dough dividing
- This system uses 5 row divider rounder with the optional changing of the rows.
- This line uses divider rounders at the capacity of 1 200 pcs/hour per row.
- Weight of the piece of dough is from 40 - 60 grams.
- On the staging conveyor, the pieces of dough are powdered by the powdering device.
Production process
- This system is designed as a complex and universal bakery line.
- Pieces of dough coming from the divider rounder can be rolled into the oval shape prior to entering the intermediate proofer. All depends on the current running program and desired product.
- System can produce kaiser rolls with weight up to 60 grams or twist rolls with weight up to 150 grams.
- Pre-proofed pieces of dough for the production of kaiser rolls are conveyed to the boards with stamping dies.
- Further, they are transported via conveyor to the depositing device and automatically loaded on baking tins that are loaded and unloaded manually.
- Production of twist rolls is similar, with the difference that the production takes place on the flipped over stamping boards
- Shape of the stamping board allows greater weight with the less amount of rows.
- Shaping unit conveyor as well as stamping unit can be flipped over so that both round and oval products can be produced.
- Intermediate proofer as well as forming units go step by step and intervals allow regulation of the production capacity os the whole system.
- Before and after the forming boards, there are units for powdering the products.
