Seeding and moistening
This device transports products from the proofer to the oven and allows products to be moistened and seeded.
General information
- Roller conveyor between the final proofer and the continuous tunnel oven transports the proofed products on the belt of the oven.
- Part of the equipment is adjustable brush that wipes and moistens the surface of the products.
- Once the surface is moistened, the products can be seeded with salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, etc...
- Intensity of seeding can be regulated.
