This device transports products from the proofer to the oven and allows products to be moistened and cut.

- System of conveyers before entering the oven.
- Regulation of the number of cuts by the rotation speed.
- Cutting is controlled via optic sensor.
- Adjustable angle of the knives.
- Knives are teflon coated.
- Round or sickle shape of the knives.
- Moistening of the knives on the sides, away from the belt (in case that products that do not need moistening are produced).
